Poverty Elimination
Poverty is the condition of being poor. the one who has a very little money to buy ones basic used is considered to be poor man. poor has been a serious problem in a developing country of world like nepal.
There are many cause of poverty. the one reasons is ones own laziness. some people are lazy by nature. their laziness makes them poorer and poreer. an man becomes poor if he belongs to a poor family. according to our law, the people enjoy paternal property.
If the parents are poor, their son and daughter are bound to be poor. the lack of education is another reason of poverty. education is basic of development. educated people can work properly in the field they are educateed.
Educated people can work properly in the field they are educated. it brings them financial gain. hence they can uplift their economics standard. unemployed is also one reason of poverty. people are employed is also is no development on agricultural, industry, transport and communication.
In nepal about 90% people are farmers. they cultivate the land of the landowners. in practice, they have no right to land. in practice, they have no riight to land which are cultivated, they can be removed from the land at any time.
If the landowners are not please with them. the large part of the productiom goes to the landowrs. the rich charge high rate of interests for the loan taken byb them. hence it invites the majority of poor. the most important reasons of poverty ins the government policy towards the rich people group.
Hence the poor people are neglected. how can we eliminate poverty? This is an important question.
The state must ensure the basic need of the people.like housing. fooding, cleaning, education and health cure. as majority of people in nepal live in the village and majority of the people are farmers, poverty, alivation can be impossible only with agrian reforms.
The tenants should be given rights to the land which cultivete it. then they can work with great enthuism better seeds, chemical fertilizers in norminal cost. the government should provide irrigational facilities to the cultivated is establishment of industries.
Industries provide employment opportunity. it solvs the problem of unemployment. the gap between the rich and poor should be minimized. it can be done by nationalize the poverty of rich and distributing to poor.
